Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a Friday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping.
Standard ground shipping is offered at no cost on all products except replacement parts. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. Express shipping options and associated fees are calculated during checkout based on real time shipping rates. All shipments will include tracking.
Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt.
Canada Shipping Policy: Orders shipping to Canada usually arrive in 5-7 business days with a traceable service. (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays). Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Discount Codes Policy: From time to time we offer discounts on our website. Discounts are not applied to replacement parts, accessories or shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Note that replacement parts are final sale and are non returnable.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team Contact Us to request authorization for your return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to shipping your product back to us. Failure to request an RMA will result in a 30% restocking fee. We do not cover return shipping; the buyer is responsible for covering shipping. We do recommend requesting tracking for your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We will inspect your return once it is received back into our facility. If we deem your item to be used or if it is returned to us not in the original packaging no refund will be issued.
We ask that you allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item and assess that it is in an acceptable condition, we will credit the original payment method according to the processing time of your bank.
