- Canadian Bacon
- Eggs / Egg Beaters
- Tons of Veggies (Choose anything you like including Peppers, Tomatoes, Spinach, Mushrooms etc)
- Simple Living Products Air Fryer
- Simple Living Products Air Fryer Accessory Pack
- Chop up all your veggies and bacon into small to medium sizes (personal preference really).
- Beat your eggs if you are using regular eggs, or prep your egg beaters.
- Using your air fryer frying pan, pour all ingredients in and give it a mix to evenly distribute all the ingredients.
- Place the frying pan into your air fryer basket.
- Set the Air fryer to 350° for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the frying pan from the air fryer and allow to cool before serving your delicious 2pt weight watcher breakfast is complete.
Serve with: Hot Sauce for some spice.
