Smokeless Grilled Veggie Platter

Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Eggplant
- Lemon
- Bell Peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
Directions
- Cut one zucchini long ways, cut 1/2 eggplant long ways, slice a lemon in half and wash a few mini bell peppers
- Spray all veggies with olive oil
- Grill the veggies on the smokeless grill for about 6 minutes on each side
