- Salt and Black Pepper

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper
- Grill the chicken on smokeless grill for about 8 minutes on each side
- Serve with carrots, cucumber, corn and a hard boiled egg on a bed of spinach and green leaf lettuce, and top with ranch mixed with spicy bbq sauce
