INGREDIENTS
- Ground chicken
- Two eggs
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Pepper
- Salt
- Poultry seasoning
- Ground pork skins
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ground chicken, two eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt and poultry seasoning.
- Shape mixture into small patties and coat with ground pork skins.
- Air fry at 400 F for 10-12 minutes.
