🍁 2 slices Pepperidge Farm pumpkin swirl bread (or any thick cut bread), cut into thirds (6sp)
🍁 1/8 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
🍁 1 egg, beaten
🍁 Pumpkin pie spice to taste
🍁 1tsp Truvia baking blend
🍁 1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a small bowl combine truvia baking blend and cinnamon; set aside
- In a separate bowl combine almond milk, egg, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Dip pieces of bread into egg mixture and then roll in cinnamon blend to coat the outside.
- Place in air fryer basket and fry for 6 minutes at 350, flipping once halfway through.
- Enjoy with some SF syrup or on their own!
