Air Fried Jelly Donuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup @fitcrunchbars Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 8 oz @Fage nonfat greek yogurt(Can substitute with any thick greek style plain yogurt)
- 3 tsp strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup @swervesweetieconfectioners sugar(for dusting on donuts)
Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees°F
- In a small bowl combine the flour, protein powder and baking powder
- In a medium bowl stir together the Greek yogurt, raisins and white chocolate chips
- Fold the flour mixture into the yogurt mixture until all the ingredients are combined
- Transfer the dough on to a lightly floured surface and knead the dough several times, folding the sides in several times, until it is no longer sticky.
- Cut the dough into four pieces and roll each piece into a small biscuit like shape. Press your finger in the middle and add 1/2 tsp strawberry jam.
- Fold dough back over and repeat with 3 remaining donuts. Add the donuts to the @simplelivingproductsconvection/ air fryer and bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove and lightly dust with confectioners sugar. Allow to cool on a baking rack or enjoy while warm.
