When in doubt, bust out the frozen chicken tenders and your Simple Living Air Fryer! We all have those days when we simple don't have the energy to be creative in the kitchen. Tyson chicken tenders are a known staple to top your salads or accompany your French fries.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Line air fryer with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. 
2. Place frozen chicken tenders in air fryer. 
3. Cook for 10 minutes at 400° F flipping tenders half way through.
