- Corn tortillas
- Creamy spinach

- I used three @missionfoodsus corn tortillas (4) and stuffed them with creamy spinach scrambled eggs.
- I sprayed with Pam and after preheating the fryer for 5 minutes at 380, baked seam side down for 6 minutes, flipped and cooked for 3 minutes.
- So crispy! Serve with salsa, cilantro, diced tomato and some fruit, and you e got yourself a filling 4 point breakfast.
