Ingredients
- 1 Jospeh’s pita
- refried beans
- two scrambled eggs
- 26 g smashed avocado
- Tomatoes
- Green onions
- purple cabbage
Directions
- Toast a Jospeh’s pita and top with some refried beans.
- Once its toasty I added two scrambled eggs and 26 g smashed avocado
- Finished it with some hot sauce, tomatoes, green onion, and purple cabbage for crunch
